Yupp...truly back this time.Came back from Japan this monday actually.Just to find out that my dad's leg is swollen to the size of the Shrek's leg from some infection and that my CPU refused to start up.Ah-what kind of welcoming party is that??

anyway,everything is fine now,it seems.my dad's leg's not that swollen anymore,and if you see me posting here meaning my pc's alright as well.So,joy to the world then.Hahaha.

i hate it when time passes so darn fast while i'm actually enjoying my time off.it's already freakinggg december 8th!just next month i gotta pack my bags and off to school again.argh....!Okay,before that...Christmas's round the corner too.Darnnn really...!this means presents for everyone!and with no money,i've got no presents!what the shiteeee...i hate being so broke.reality is so harsh...it's so true that you can't eat love or romance or friendship or anything else in the world you thought values a lot.Cuz only food makes your lil' tummy full...and to make that lil' tummy of yours full...you need freaking money!!

Okay,financial problems aside...i'd just love to tell you how much i enjoyed visiting Japan!!although the weather was a bit cold and windy (i was wrapped up in 3 layers and i still felt darn cold cuz it's end of autumn and beginning of WINTER),but the scenery was damn gorgeous and the places and people were damn nice.Guess what,we never stayed in the same hotel for two nights in Japan..and we were there for 6 nights.meaning we changed hotels every single day!Hahaha,it's really my first time doing this.I shared a room with Nic each night,and my aunt and uncle in another.Also my first time sharing a hotel room with only one person.

The thing i find most amazing in Japan would most probably be their toilets.Yes,you've read correctly,TOILETS.In every place the flushing system is not the same.You'd have to spend a few minutes looking everywhere in the cubicle for the flushing unit before finally coming out!And once i looked around and started pressing any buttons that could be the flusher thing,and only the flushing sounds came!i looked down (to the toile bowl,you idiot),but there was no water!and then there was a 'stop' button next to it,and then i pressed it.and the sound went away slowly and not right away!What on earth was that for??!!must be for those young kids who refuse to pee,so they press this button to deceive their parents.Aah!!how sly!And that;s public toilets.Now in the hotel rooms,there are even toilet seat warmers!aaah..really comfy you noe..but there's also a butt-washer system available!yes,if you press the 'shower' button,water showers your butt!and if you press 'spray' button which i would advise you NOT to do it,cuz it sprays right at your......!!!!which kinda hurts.Stupid me tried that with the water pressure on the high end.Damn it.Luckily i found the stop button in time.But Nic was already laughing like shite when she heard me yelling and laughing at the same time.Gawd.

Okay,and then the next highlight would be the hot spring bath!!Haihz..my first time,being stark naked in front of anyone else (not since i could bathe for myself and not counting the times i shared a bathroom with my cousing when i was younger).it's yucky,cuz it's my policy not to be so open,but i was thinking...all the way here to Japan and you're not trying it??!!and so i did.the water was freaking 40 degrees celcius but i didn;t quite care cuz i was too busy covering myself up with my hands.it was very relaxing and tense as well.Oh brother.i only went once.And oh yeah,i wore a yukata at every hotel!really nice japanese bathrobes in other words.Haha,tried to get my aunt and uncle to buy us one,but to no avail.Hahaha.

In Japan we visited Narita,Tokyo,Kyoto,Osaka,some Mt.Fuji area,and Kansai,of which two are where the airports are situated,haha.And in there we went to Disneyland,Universal Studios,Mt.Fuji museum,some kimono show,a whole electronic goods shopping complex,two cruises,some life-lenghtening-egg-boiling-smelly-sulphur-smelling-hill,many shopping districts,including Ginza~but no Shinjuku for the men (haha,the men in the tour group were begging the tourguide to take them there).We saw Mt.Fuji,you know??it was just absolutely gorgeous.not the full thing,cuz of the clouds and fog and all.but it was still darn gorgeous.We also visited countless shrines and temples,and even sat on a bullet train that was surprisingly not very fast at all.Haha,but i guess that's fun as well.Aaah~what a memorable trip.Oh and yeah,you get to see downright PORN at night too on certain channels in Japan.'swt.

I'd most probably visit Japan again one day if i have the money.Beautiful gorgeous place with real polite people and funky toilet systems and public baths.

Erm...i've been thinking about this the whole night yesterday and this morning too, of whether if i should explain it. But a part of me insists that i make it clear and so, here goes... but before that I sincerely hope that at the end of this post no one would feel offended and if blame was inevitable, put it on my tab.

Okay,these are things i shud've made clear from day one when I start translating lyrics :

no.1 : I do the chinese-english translations purely on my own.

2. this site is solely managed and run by me, meaning there's no one else helping around here except me, so no 'teamwork' watsoever.

3. Okay,the main point lies here.

Yes, in the earlier days,i have to admit that i did take the pinyin lyrics from other sites...mainly from lefhen lyrics and nuchin.com.But after a short time,the pinyin lyrics there are not those that you guys have requested.So i started doing pinyin myself too.

Meaning from quite some time ago, all the translations/pinyin are by athlynn17.After reading the comments on the tagboard i started to realize what a big mistake i've made for not making clear where i took the pinyin lyrics from that lead to this misunderstanding.

If the contrary was what some you ppl think, then No.

athlynn17 does not take pinyin lyrics from somewhere and then translates them and put them on her site and then takes them all to her own credit.Maybe much much much earlier on, but not now and i hope not in the future too.From now on i shall state where the pinyin lyrics are from if i shall ever take it from somewhere else again.i promise i won't leave them creditless anymore.I am truly truly truly sorry about this and takes the blame for every misunderstanding and offended hearts that took place, especially to rainie808, i sincerely apologize if i have offended you in this post, but i just wanted to make things clear seeing how some are misunderstanding.

For now, i shall recommend rainie808's site to all those of you who are searching only for pinyin lyrics.She's a very nice person and unlike me, she fulfills most of the requests made by her site visitors.

Once again, i am really sorry to rainie808 for making this post and anyone else who felt offended.

Haihz... surely you must have heard abt it too. Or maybe you haven't. Anyway, have you experienced anything wrong with your internet connection? or like me, failing to load some pages on your browser? Well folks, read the newspaper and you'll find that it's because of an earthquake in Taiwan. The earthquake sorta destroyed some of the undersea connection cables or something, causing disrupt in the internet world.So, argh, first you hear about it, you'd surely say, 'urghhh....damn the stupid earthquake! I can't blog today!' or 'urghh, i can't play <insert online game name here> today!!DAMN DAMN DAMN!'.

Okay, it's normal, i get it, we have our own lives and i'm not saying that i didn't complain the slightest bit too when my browser couldn't load. But have you ever gave it a thought to the people over there in Taiwan who are affected by the earthquake? While we are over here complaining or 'feeling so hopeless' merely about 'i can't contact my friends online!' or 'i gotta go online today!dammit!', people over there are mourning and worrying over their loss? Ever thought of the two twin boys whose mother died protecting them from the collapsing building? Ever thought about the people who lost their homes? Injured? Lost a leg? Going online may be very important to you, but so are their homes and lives. I'm not trying to go all 'philosophical' here, but i really felt bad for it. It's just that I realize that there's a much much bigger picture out there than my computer screen.

P.S. : and oh yeah, because i still can't load my online chinese-english dictionary, so erm... translations will be most unfortunately, delayed. Soree guys.

And erm, Happy New Year too!! I seriously hope that year 2007 will be a better year than 2006, cause seriously, this year hasn't been the best year for me and many people around me.
