3 days off.....if it wasn't for the final exams coming just next week,i would have very well written down everything about the 930 Saturday night....!gotta use these 3 days (actually 4,cuz i skipped Monday XD) to study....!no time to slack!okay maybe just a small thing about guang liang's concert....

actually that night after we came back from the concert,my sisters and mum and I sat down and reviewed the concert among ourselves...cut all the 'he has no rapport with the audience','there was one part so boring,that's why i went to the loo','where got boring???!!','yorr,his clothes arr..!like a tree nia!','oiii!he looks good wat!','plzzzlarrr....!',and finally,'okaylar,okaylar...his songs are nice.',my mum suddenly commented about his white satin-materialled trousers.....

Mum : Didn't you guys see??when he pulled his trousers strings up too high,the part after he played the piano,i could see his crotch buldge through his pants!

Me : WHAT????!!!!!

2nd Sis : Yeah!yeah!i tot i was the only one who saw it!!XXD!

1st Sis & Nic : wahh!really arr??!! *snickers*

Me : *mouth opened,eyes wide,ears fuming*

Mum : Tsk,tsk..he should sack his costume coordinator!I mean,he's a man,of course he has a crotch buldge right??sumore white satin pants!sure can see lar!

Me : *mutters* why din call me see?? i didn't see!i didn't noticedddd! whyyy???!!!

1st Sis : the part where he came out in the raincoat-like trench coat,what's with the stupid garland of flowers he was wearing??!!

Mum : yealar....it's just like telling us,'that's a tree,and I'm the 2nd tree...'*there was a fake tree as props on stage*

Me : *speechless*

can see meh???

and the worst thing of all....

when the reporters ask him about that after the concert,he smiled and said 「你…覺得…好不好看？因為太大不一定好看」。

= [So..do you think....it looks good?Cuz' if too big oso not very nice]

Mum : NAH!!means i was not the only one who saw it!!XD!hahaahaaa!

Actually it's not today,but tomorrow....on the 7th.if you would count the first day i created this tab,well,yes,it's today.but to count the first day I did anything about translating songs,then it would be tomorrow.Since i won't be here tomorrow (going to penang to celebrate Nicolas' 3rd birthday!),so i may as well do this thank you post today.

Yupp,exactly a year ago,I started all these.And as time passed by,the number of requests and visitors grew,and i knew i had to get a stat counter!and now look aboveee!!over 10000 visitors (although I probably contributed a quarter of it,i had a habit of refreshing it a bit to see if there are any new comments,hehe).and and look to the right!I've translated 128 songs so far.my gawd.and this wouldn't have happened without the support with you guys out there.

My name is Nhu Quynh Vuong. I don't think you know me and I'm sorry for writing to you suddenly, but I accidentally came upon your blog or journal through another website. Anyways, I felt that it is necessary for me to write this letter in order to thank you for putting up the Chinese translated to English lyrics. As you may already know that I'm a Vietnamese, but I really love to listen to Chinese music. However, I don't know which Chinese songs are good, therefore it's hard for me to look for them. With your help, I was able to find these songs easily throuh the Internet especially the song called Chi Xin Jue Dui by Sam Lee. I first heard that song from my friend's cellphone, but he didn't know the title of it therefore, I was left feeling the urge to know but couldn't. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting in so much of your time and effort to translate these Chinese songs to Pinyin & English and it really helps me to understand Chinese a little better. I hope that we can get to know each other and hopefully if you have time, you can post up some more of those Chinese song lyrics on your journal. It really amazed me that you can translate Chinese songs to English because I find it a hard time to translate Vietnamese songs to English. Therefore, I really admired you for your talent. Oh come on Ath =) ..

It's not easy to actually translate Chinese songs into English and actually expecting it to make sense! You've done a great great job!

I actually felt proud for you when I saw a song you translated in my friend's blog... "By athlynn17". Not everyone can translate songs the way you do, and you're like totally English educated.

Not everyone would take time off their lives just to translate songs for others. And you did it! Even to strangers who never left any email or website for you!

See?

Who cares about inaccuracy as long as the meaning of the song is there?

And, to me, your translations are fabulous. =P

I didn't really expected him to get the Best of the Best top 5 male singers,but still i didn't want Andy Lau the old man to win!!Can't believe they actually gave it to him!Can't he jz get the cue and retire??At least if Eason Chan wins,i won't feel so bad about it!But Andy Lau??!!URgh.

And oh yeah,guess what?he also caught flu on Saturday,the day i caught flu from Nicolas as well! what coincidence!!hahaha..!XD According to the radio,he had to see a doctor to get an injection to recover faster...poor guy.But poor my Nicolas more,he's been coughing like heck these few days...everytime he coughs a lil' too hard,he wants to cry.I can't even bear blame him for passing flu to me anymore....(of course i don't!i don't even blame him for giving me HFM the last time.so what's normal flu to me??and anyway,i was much better on Sunday).He hasn't recovered though...praying and wishing for him to get well as soon as possible!!xxx
